一种小型海岛独立型微电网控制方案及应用

    摘 要:偏远海岛微电网存在柴发供电噪音大、环境污染的问题,分析并采用光储运行、柴发备用的供电模式,并研究了海岛光储微电网运行控制策略。针对当前海岛光储微电网储能充放电控制仅考虑荷电状态(SOC)可能因为估算精度低导致电池电压越限的问题,提出了一种储能SOC和电池电压联合限光伏控制策略,该策略能有效避免微电网中储能过电压导致频繁跳闸,同时延长电池使用寿命。在东部沿海某独立型海岛微电网中,实现并验证了微电网运行模式以及控制策略的有效性和正确性。

    Abstract: Considering the problem in remote island-alone microgrid, such as high noise and environmental pollution caused by diesel power supply, the operation mode of optical storage operation and diesel generator standby is adopted and the operation control strategy of PV-energy microgrid is studied. In view of the battery overvoltage because of the current control strategy which ignores low estimation accuracy of the SOC, a combined photovoltaic limited control strategy of SOC and battery voltage is proposed, which can effectively solve the problem of frequent trip caused by cell overvoltage, thus prolonging the service life of battery. In an Island-alone microgrid along the eastern coast, the validity and correctness of the operation mode and control strategy are realized and verified.
